Great location near the center with easy access to restaurants and shops! The staff showed amazing hospitality and the room had lovely views of the mountains. The private terrace was a nice touch!

The rooftop restaurant offers a great view and is nice. The pool area is well-kept and inviting.

The room I stayed in had a lingering odor reminiscent of drainage, made it tough to get a proper night's sleep. Spotty cleanliness issues included hairs around the tap and dead bugs in the room. The jacuzzi wasn't cleaned properly and basic amenities like toilet paper were missing upon arrival.

The location is a big plus. Just a short stroll to the center where all the attractions and restaurants are. The views from the terrace at breakfast are fine, with mountains serving as the perfect backdrop. I appreciated the spacious double room, clean and had a comfortable bed. The small pool area was nice, complete with lounge chairs. Some negatives included old towels with wear and tear. The curtains didn't adequately block outside light at night. The breakfast selection was quite limited, disappointing. Parking was unpaved. Although the staff were generally pleasant, some service aspects felt inconsistent. A few minor issues could be addressed for a more enjoyable stay.

The gardens were lovely, but the pool closure on Tuesdays and Wednesdays was inconvenient. I appreciated the staff's assistance in arranging our taxi to the bus stop.

Staying at las puertas exceeded my expectations! The location was just perfect to visit tepoztlan by foot. The room was big and comfortable with amazing views to the tepico mountain.

The ambiance of the place could've been amazing, the garden atmosphere was lovely! The location was solid, just a block away from everything we wanted to do, shops, restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, even though it was closed for half our stay.

The hotel is located in a very relaxing area. the personnel are incredibly nice. the rooms are perfectly clean and have a huge spa bath and a jacuzzi. Lots of goodies are offered for breakfast. the location is particularly good for visiting Piramide de Tepozteco.
